Dear valued guest, Greetings from Mama Beach Résidence at Phi-Phi Island. You are invited to read carefully the following General policies and Information. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Automatic teller machine is at your disposal at the hotel reception.
Beach Towel – In your room and at the reception you will find beach towels; bring it back to us at the end of the day if wet or dirty. For your convenience after swim or after check out, you can find a shower back end of the restaurant and behind the reception.
Baby cot: Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1.One child under 2 years will be accommodated free of charge in a baby crib or the using existing bedding.(Deluxe rooms and Grand rooms are not suitable for extra baby cot.
Extra Bed:Only the Comfort Rooms (garden or sea view) are suitable to accept an Extra Bed or a third person. Maximum capacity of extra bed in a room is 1.
(Deluxe rooms and Grand rooms are not suitable for extra bed.EXTRA BED is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.) One child under 6 years will be accommodated free of charge using existing bedding.His Breakfast will be charged.
For a third person older than 6 years the extra bed is necessary at 1.100 THB per night including the breakfast. (1600 THB for 2 children).The second Children will share the extra bed or use the existing bedding of the parents. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Twin or Single bedding: Grand Rooms and Comfort rooms are not suitable for twin or single bed ) Only the Deluxe rooms are suitable for twin or single bed. The Twin bed or Single bed must be requested and confirmed upon availability
Books and news paper- You can find books in several languages and exchange it with the one you’ve just finished. News paper also Available at the reception’s Lounge.
Doctor on Call – Mama Bach Residence is located at 300 meters from Phi Phi Hospital. A quick walk or a call is just easy to help in any need and have a special line call with Privates clinic on Phiphi. please find the following link and make sure your insurance is matching with them. Exchange – You will find Exchange Service at our local banks 700 meters from the Hotel.
Equipment. All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, Mini Bar, Safety box and Hot Shower, hair dryer, wifi access, umbrellas, free toiletries, beach towels. Your room has a hairdryer fitted in the bathroom.
Lounge out door – Take advantage of the Lounge open air where you can connect with friends, or simply relax by catching our Wireless High Speed Internet coverage. Located next to the beach, our Open Air lounge with comfortable Armchairs is waiting for you.
Safety Box – No valuables must be left in bedrooms. A safe is placed at your disposal.
Storing your Luggage – When you checking out from Mama Beach Residence we can safely store your luggage until the time of your departure boat. We will put your name on the luggage and carry it to the pier freely according to your boat departure.
Smoking – We would like to inform you that the rooms are non-smoking area but the balconies are available for smokers.
Sun-deck & Mattress – Our two terraces and mattress are exclusively reserved for your use. A waiter will come regularly for maintenance and enquiries about your needs.
Toiletries – Toothbrush Toothpaste cotton bud and other toiletry articles are at your disposal in the bathroom and available anytime from the housekeeper team.
TSUNAMI – Safety Advice – You will find in the room a card with some Tsunami advices. Read it closely 1 time!
Umbrella – You will find 2 umbrellas in your room.
Wifi service- Mama Beach has Wireless High Speed Internet coverage available in all Guest Rooms and area of Mama Beach Residence and free of charge.
