Keep your straw! Every year 1.8 trillons of plastic flows into the world’s ocean.
Over 500,000,000 plastic straws are produced every day. Unfortunately,
a vast majority of these straws end up in our oceans, contributing to
millions of tons of trash and over 1,000,000 seabirds and
100,000 marine mammals ingesting plastic. Sea life often mistake the plastic for food and can starve to death as a result.
It’s time to say “no” to plastic straws. We believe in ‘doing good in every direction’ by protecting our precious natural environment and community.This problem that can be easily stopped by not using them. At Mama Beach Straws will be served only on request.
