Dear valued guest, Greetings from Mama Beach Résidence at Phi-Phi Island. You are invited to read carefully the following General policies and Information. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Arrival – At your arrival at the pier of Phi-Phi, we are located on your left at 10 minutes walk. A bagagiste is waiting for you and our others guest at the exit of the jetty. He is holding a Mama Beach sign and will carry your luggage to the Hotel. Note: if can you confirm to us from where your ferry come from and what scheduled ferry do you plan to catch, it will be easier to take care of you and your family.
B reakfast is served from 7h00 am until 11h 00 morning. A large choice of cereals with milk or yoghurt and fresh fruits. Croissant, chocolate roll, pancake, brownies homemade pastry and breads. All styles Eggs and fried rice vegetable, a large choice of Tea flavors, hot chocolate milk, espresso, cappuccino, many different canned fruit juices or Fresh squeezed mandarin juice. If you are diving early morning, let us know one evening prior so we can organize your breakfast to take away before the opening time at the mama restaurant.
Baggage Handling – At 8.20am, 10.50 am, 1.30pm and 3pm our porter will carry your bags to the pier with our compliment and wait for you to pick it up.
Check In Time – 1pm. is the standard time by which Mama Beach ‘s Resident must formally check in.
Early check-in can’t be guaranteed. It depends of the availability of your room on this day and of the check out time of the previous tenant of your room. Will do our best to make your room ready as soon as possible. Anyway at Mama Beach Résidence we have our own luggage store for our residents. You are welcome to avail of this facility to store your luggage while you are waiting to check into your room.
Check Out Time – Be Aware! 11 O’clock morning is the standard time by which Mama Beach ‘s Resident must formally vacate his or her room without incurring the charges for another day’s stay. Late check out is linked to the time of arrival of the next tenant of your room and it is not guaranteed. Anyway, at Mama Beach Résidence hotel we have our own luggage store for our résidents. So you you are welcome to avail of this facility to store your luggage up while you are waiting the departure of your boat or if you are going shopping before you depart. Before leaving we provide a space where to take a shower and change of clothing to be comfortable before your journey back to the mainland.We will put your name on the luggages and carry it to the pier freely according to your boat departure. During this time you still can enjoy all the equipment of Mama Beach Residence. Any way we will do our best to make you leave your room as late as possible. You can request late checkout with us at the reception. Late checkout after 11am without prior notice could be charged 400b per hour.
Evening turndown service is provided between 7pm and 8 pm.
Extension of Stay – If you wish to extend your stay at Mama Beach, please let us know 1 day in advance. No extension is possible without prior notice.
Housekeeping – from 8am to 8pm The House keeper team of Mama Beach Residence is at your service for any special requests concerning your room: Pillows, Baby cots, Amenities, Electric outlet, Ironing, They can take care of your demand all night long.
Keys – Day and night you can leave your keys at the reception. Note: The loss of a key will be charged.
Laundry – must be brought before 6pm at the reception You can place your future laundry in the laundry’s basket logged under the bathroom vanity or by using the laundry bags provided for this purpose in your wardrobe. Then place it front your room’s door or bring it to us at the reception before 6pm.The rates are quoted per kilo. An express service can be organized,If given to the housekeeper before 9am can be returned the same day after 7pm. An additional amount will be charged.
Night Security – from 8 pm until 6.30 am a night clerk is at your service at the hotel reception. He will keep your keys during your absence and wait for you to coming back. You can contact him during the night.
Reception – Opened from 7.30am until 8.30 pm.If your boat back to the mainland is at 9am you have plenty of time to have your breakfast and then check out. We will carry your luggage to the pier at 8.20am.
Restaurant – Open 11.30am until 9.45pm. Mama’s Restaurant serves up Thai, European cuisine and wines for lunch, and dinner. A range of snacks and light foods are served afternoon in the restaurant and at the sun deck at the beach. To make things easier, you may reserve your table in advance.
Beach bar is open from 11am to 11pm.
