Terms and conditions Booking Policy Applicable from the 18 August 2012 Before proceeding to your registration, please read carefully the Terms & conditions and cancellation policy. In order to guarantee your hotel reservation, we will require the payment of a deposit corresponding to 1 night of the total stay. The reservation will be then effective. Please give your credit card details on the registration form. The outstanding balance will be paid directly to the hotel at your check out time. Cancellation Policy In the eventuality of mama beach residence has to cancel the booking, all the payment will be refund to the guest without penalty. In the eventuality of the guest has to cancel his booking a part or the totality of the booking, the conditions are like followings: • Middle Saison from 26 April to 15 July and From 1st September to 31 October. More than D14 Days prior to the guest's date of arrival: The deposit will be forfeited (= 1 night) and cannot be refunded. From D-14 Days to D-5 Days prior the guest's date of arrival: 50% of the whole amount will be charged. From D-5 days or less prior to arrival. 100% of the whole amount will be charged. • High Saison From 1st November to 14 December and From 21 January to 25 of April. More than D14 Days prior to the guest's date of arrival: The deposit will be forfeited (= 1 night) and cannot be refunded. From D-14 Days to D-5 Days prior the guest's date of arrival:: 30 % of the whole amount will be charged From D-5 days or less prior to arrival. 100% of the whole amount will be charged. • Conditions Particulières d’annulation - Noel et saison d’Eté From 15 December to 20 January and From 16 July to 31 August: More than D21 Days prior to the guest's date of arrival: The deposit will be forfeited (= 1 night) and cannot be refunded From D-14 Days to the guest's day of arrival: 100 % of the whole amount will be charged ATTENTION! Changes to guest’s period / length of stay may also result in a cancellation charge. This includes shortened stay requests or revised dates. A no-show will be treated as a cancellation and be billed accordingly. A request to shorten a stay after checked in to the hotel will be treated as a no-show. Unused nights may not be refunded.
