BAGGAGE HANDLING - Our porter will carry your bags to the pier with our compliment at the following schedule: 8.30am, 10.00am, 1.30pm and 3pm. Remember: Don’t forget to check with specific Domestic Airlines connecting with your international flight if you are close to any of weight allowances. Many passengers pay high excess baggage fees when they exceed the allowed baggage weight. You are welcome at Mama Beach’s reception where we can check the weight of
your luggage.
BEACH BAR - Network with new people reconnect with friends. The Cliff Bar located on the beach is opening from 11.30am to 8.30 p.m. From Monday through Sunday, enjoy appetizers, cocktails, and wines by the glass and beers.
BEACH TOWEL - At the reception you will find beach towels; bring it back to us at the end of the day if wet or dirty. For your convenience after swim or after check out, you can find a shower back end of the restaurant.
BOATS TICKETS - We sell boat tickets for all companies and all destinations. We can organize your transfers to other Island, hotels or Airports
BOOKS - You can find books in several languages and exchange it with the one you’ve just finished. News paper also Available at the restaurant’s Lounge.
BREAKFAST - The breakfast is served from 7h15 am until 10h30. A large choice of cereals with milk or yoghurt with fresh fruits, Croissant, chocolate Roll, Pancake, brownies and breads. All styles Eggs and fried rice vegetable, a large choice of Tea flavors, Hot chocolate milk, coffee filter or (espresso with a supplement) Guava juice, pineapple and orange juices or some Fresh squeezed mandarin juice.
BREAKFAST and DIVE - If you are diving early morning, let us know one evening prior so we provide a voucher breakfast to use at the French Baquery near by your diving shop:"PP DIVING"
CHECK IN TIME - 1pm. is the standard time by which Mama Beach ‘s Resident must formally check In. Check Out Time - Be Aware! 11 O’clock morning is the standard time by which Mama Beach ‘s Resident must formally vacate his or her room without incurring the charges for another day’s stay. After the check out Mama Beach Residence propose you the use of locker rooms for storage of luggage until the time of your boat transfer to the mainland. You can request late checkout with us at the reception. However, this entire request is not guaranteed. Late checkout after 11am is charged 400b per hour.
CHECKING LATE? - We will be arriving late in the evening at the hotel. Can we still check-in? - Yes. You can check-in in the evening as the room is already paid and guaranteed. However, if you are arriving very late, please notify us of the arrival time by phone or mail in order to be helped by our lugages service at the pier and to prevent check-in trouble.
How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?
- You can request early check-in or late check-out with us during the online reservation process or the day before your check out at the reception. However, this entire request is not
guaranteed. Late check-out up to 6pm is half day charge and after 6pm is another full night charge. Sometimes Mama Beach residence will allow free of charge late check-out at 1pm according the arrival our the next occupant of your room. Early check-in is possible at around 12.00 hours, subject to room availability.
CHILD POLICY- Children (2-10 years) can stay free of charge with their parents using existing beds. No free extra bed (or rollaway) and no meal is provided for a child in normal cases.The baby cot are complimentary. Extrabed available only in Comfort Rooms
DO NOT DISTURB - A card displaying «do not disturb» is available in your room. As long the sign is hanging to your door the house keeping team will not enter to adjust your room.
EXCHANGE - At mama Beach Residence there is not transaction charges and the rates are the one given at our local banks and usually decent.
EXTENSION of STAY- If you wish to extend your stay at Mama Beach, please let us know 1 day in advance. No extension is possible without prior notice.
EXTRA BED- You can generally request an extra bed for a third person in a COMFORT ROOM type. The comfort rooms are organised for a maximum of 2 adults. 1 children (under 10 years old) can stay in one room without extra bed. The children will have to sleep with is parents. For a children from 11 to 15 years we ca
n organised for you an Extra bed at 900 thb including the breakfast.
HOUSEKEEPING - The House keeper team of Mama Beach Residence is at your service from 8am to 8pm for any special requests concerning your room: Pillows, Baby cots, Amenities, Electric outlet,
IRONING They can take care of your demand until 8.00pm.
HAIRDRYER - Your room has a hairdryer fitted in the bathroom.
;KEYS - We can keep your keys day and night at the reception. Note: The loss of a key will be charged.
LAUNDRY - You can place your future laundry in the laundry’s basket logged under the bathroom vanity or by using the laundry bags provided for this purpose in your wardrobe. Then place it front your room’s door or give it to us at the reception. We will return it in 24hours. If given to the housekeeper before 9am can be returned the same day after 7pm.The rates are quoted per kilo.
LOUNGE - Take advantage of the Lounge where you can connect with friends, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Located next to Mama Resto, our Open Air lounge with Free Local Newspaper on Weekdays; Wireless High Speed Internet coverage, International TV shows and News and comfortable Armchairs is waiting for you.
MAID - They will clean your room once a day when you left or according to the sign ‘’ PLEASE CLEAN UP’’ and will come back between 7pm and
8pm for an Turndown service.
MINI BAR - Your mini bar is filled up once a day during the Maid service and prices are shown on your fridge’s door. The prices are the one you will find in local market free of any other taxes. You will find a range of alcoholic and sotf drinks. These are invoiced every day to your room account by the room service team.
NIGHT SECURITY - A night clerk is at your service from 8 pm until 6 am at the hotel reception. He will keep your keys during your absence; you can contact him during the night.
RECEPTION - Opened from 8am until 8am.
RESERVATION: In advance or at the last minute? - Making a reservation in advance gives you the best choices. You can make a reservation 6 months in advance. However, you will have to remember that you have made the reservation!!! and we will be happy to serve you at Mama Beach residence. - How do I know when the reservation is confirmed? You are informed that once you proceed to complete your booking with the credit card information, you will be able to print out the confirmation voucher at once. This confirmation voucher will be sent to your email address that you used to register your membership.
RESTAURANT - Open 11.30pm to 8.45pm. Mama Resto serves up Thai, European cuisine and wines for lunch, and dinner. A range of snacks and light foods are served afternoon.!!!CLOSED EVERY FRIDAY
